I started this little web-project in 2003 as the semanticpool blog (http://www.semanticpool.de) with information about the Semantic Web and the different technologies around it. Another focus was on Multi Software Agent frameworks. The blog was based on MovableType and looked pretty green.
After that I switched to a self-developed blogging environment and changed the design couple of times (e.g. here or here).
Since end of 2006 this blog is powered by WordPress. And since 2010 it’s now under the new domain www.happy-coding.com, because I like it and because it sounds so much nicer. ;)
I write in German and English, depending on the topic I am writing about. But mostly it’s English.
The main topics are
- Semantic Web,
- RDF and
- Multi Agent Frameworks, but also
- Second Life,
- Java,
- Linux administration under Ubuntu/Debian,
- other web projects,
- Ruby and Ruby on Rails,
- Cocoa and Objective-C and
- miscellaneous hype topics.
